Tips for Entrepreneurs Overwhelmed with Their Workload

Overwhelming workload? You’re not alone! In this busy world we’re living in, it’s actually nothing new. I don’t say we just get used to it and do nothing. What I suggest is for us to find ways to combat this so we can help each other achieve work-life balance.
Here are some tips I found that are pretty helpful:
1. Get your priorities straight
2. Limit your time on tasks.
3. Avoid perfectionism.
4. Exercise discipline.
5. Outsource, outsource, outsource.
6. Sprint.

Number 5 is where I come in. There will be times when the wisest thing to do is to delegate some of the tasks that preoccupies you most of the time so you can deal with the tasks that has greater value contribution towards the success of your business. Don't get me wrong. Those little things and tasks are important as well, and essential, however, those are the tasks that you can also leave for someone to take over. Surely, you don't leave the idea generation for you business with someone else while you take on the minute tasks.
